Sunday Sep 3rd update: Peter Leko won the match with 4.5-3.5. Last years encounter against Michael Adams was by far more interesting. In 7th game Karpov sacrificed his Q for R and B to easy hold the draw. Game 8 saw some initiative by Karpov, but Leko used his Bishop well - another draw.
