The Vietnam Chess Federation is holding the 3rd HDBank Cup International Open Chess tournament 2013 on 18-25th March, 2013 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
The tournament will be played with Swiss System of 9 rounds. The prize fund amounts to thirty thousand US Dollars (US$30,000).
Top rated players are GM Le Quang Liem VIE 2709, GM Berkes Ferenc HUN 2702, GM Yu Yangyi CHN 2696, GM Nguyen Ngoc Truong Son VIE 2647, GM Zhou Weiqi CHN 2590 and GM Zhou Jianchao CHN 2595.
