Topalov supports Ilyumzhinov

In the interview given right after his match against Liviu-Dieter Nisipeanu, Veselin Topalov shares his opinion about the forthcoming FIDE Presidency elections:

I deeply respect the present head of the World Chess Federation, Kirsan Ilyumzhinov. I think that his contribution to chess is enormous, and I hope that this time he will win again.

Topalov must have been first top player to give open support to Ilyumzhinov. On the other side, 18 English Grandmasters
send joint open letter of support for Bessel Kok. Faroe Islands is 32nd chess federation to openly support the Right Move campaign and seeing Serbia & Montenegro officials very disappointed with the FIDE Presidential Board meeting, I hope they vote for Bessel as well.
