3rd consecutive defeat for Short and Sutovsky. Ivanchuk wins first game and Tiviakov joined Harikrishna in the lead.
It wasn't easy to pick the game of the day. We saw Bluvshtein's cold-blooded refutation of Mar del Plata attack in KID, Ivanchuk's crazy looking novelty 4. Bd2!? in Gruenfeld defence and Tiviakov's crushing attack against Short. We vote for the last.
