Nalchik FIDE Women's Grand Prix 2011

The 3rd Women's Grand Prix of the 2011-12 series took place in Nalchik, Russia, Sunday 9th - Friday 21st Oct 2011. Zhao Xue put together a truly amazing performance starting with 9.5/10 before somewhat spoiling things losing a game where she stood slightly better as black against Ju Wenjun who took clear second place. Zhao Xue is 26 but this looks like a huge leap forward for her.
